3. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or forfeit their appointment.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment Policy: Payment is required at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and other approved payment methods.

  • Refund Policy: Due to the nature of medical aesthetic services, we do not offer refunds on treatments and store credit on products. Unused pre-paid services may be eligible for credit toward other services at our discretion.

  • Follow all pre- and post-care instructions provided by our clinic.
