We are looking for a skilled Facialist / Aesthetician to join our team — someone who understands skin deeply, delivers exceptional manual treatments, and is confident operating modern aesthetic devices.

Role Overview:
As a Facialist / Aesthetician, you will perform customized facials, skin consultations, and advanced treatments using both manual techniques and energy-based technology (e.g., radiofrequency, laser, or ultrasound-based devices). Your role is essential in helping our clients achieve visible, long-term skin improvements while ensuring each treatment feels deeply restorative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional, hands-on facials tailored to individual skin concerns
• Deliver relaxing and therapeutic facial massage techniques that enhance results and overall experience
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and build personalized treatment plans
  
• Maintain detailed client records and provide education on skincare routines and post-treatment care
• Support the clinical team during events, open houses, or promotional campaigns
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitization protocols are upheld to medical standards
• Cross-promote services and skincare products with confidence and professionalism

Qualifications:

• Certified Aesthetician or Facialist with current license in British Columbia
• 2+ years of experience performing facials, with strong knowledge of skin anatomy and conditions
• Experience operating medical-grade aesthetic equipment (Fotona, Morpheus8, BelaMD, etc.)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a calm, confident treatment style
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to chart thoroughly and communicate clearly
• Passionate about skincare, client results, and staying current in the field

Bonus Points:

• Previous experience in a high-end clinic or medspa
• Familiarity with SkinCeuticals, ZO, or professional-grade product lines
• Fluent in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Farsi, Tagalog) is an asset for our diverse clientele
• Confidently operate energy-based skin rejuvenation devices (e.g., IPL, RF microneedling, laser)
